This particular LifeShelter was built to blend in with the home. These exterior doors are to access a storage area. The new roof from the home has been extended to cover the LifeShelter. Siding to match the home is now ready to be applied.

As the roof is poured with high-strength concrete, every effort is made to fill all gaps, leaving no places for water infiltration.

Roof finishing and inspection

Once the roof is poured, it is troweled smooth and inspected for flaws. Any flaws are corrected while the concrete is wet. Once the concrete has cured, it is sealed with concrete/masonry sealer.
